About Kendall R Steadmon

Dr. Kendall Steadmon received her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida, then attended Florida State University for medical school in 2011. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida in 2014 and was selected to be a Chief Resident for the Department of Pediatrics from 2014-2015. She joined the general academic pediatrics faculty in 2015. Her clinical interests include newborn care and neonatal outcomes, breastfeeding, well-child checks, and common skin disorders in children. She is the medical director of the newborn nursery and serves as an Associate Program Director for the pediatric residency program. Dr. Steadmon enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons.
