About Molly R Posa

I earned my undergraduate degree in Biology from Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania before attending the University of Florida College of Medicine. After completing my pediatric residency at UF, I immediately joined the faculty and began my journey serving pediatric patients.

I practice at UF Health Tioga Pediatrics, where I find great joy in caring for children and watching them grow over the years. It is especially meaningful to take care of children in the community where I grew up, strengthening my connection to the area. I also teach medical students and pediatric residents, helping shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as the Physician Director of Quality for Pediatrics, the Medical Director of Tioga Pediatrics, and the Associate Division Chief of General Academic Pediatrics.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and puppies, and passionately cheering for the Florida Gators!
