About Stephanie M Kirkconnell
Stephanie M. Kirkconnell, MD, is an assistant professor in the department of pediatrics at the University of Florida College of Medicine.
Embracing her native Gainesville roots, Dr. Kirkconnell is a “quadruple Gator,” as she attended UF for each of her undergraduate, medical and postgraduate degrees. After graduating from medical school, she pursued her residency in pediatrics, where she was the chief resident.
Dr. Kirkconnell is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. In addition to achieving various academic honors, she is affiliated with the American Academy of Pediatrics and Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Kirkconnell’s clinical interests include well child checks, healthy living and vaccines. In her free time, she enjoys biking, running marathons and spending time with her family.

Dr. Kirkconnell was raised in Gainesville, FL. She is also a “Quadruple Gator,” graduating from the University of Florida with both her undergraduate and medical degrees, as well as completing the pediatric residency program. Dr. Kirkconnell selected to stay at UF because of the amazing residents and the diversity of patients. Dr. Kirkconnell enjoys running, biking and spending time with her husband and daughter.
