About Melissa J Fitzgerald
Hello! My name is Dr. Melissa Fitzgerald and I grew up in nearby Belleview, Florida. I went on to attend both college and medical school at the University of Florida. I then moved with my husband to complete my residency at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and stayed on as chief resident for an additional year. Afterwards, I returned to Gainesville, Florida with my husband and daughter. I enjoy cooking, spending time with family and cheering on the University of Florida Gators!
