Jyoti Budania, M.D.

Hello, my name is Dr. Budania and I’m an assistant professor at University of Florida College of Medicine Department of Pediatrics. I graduated from the Sawai Man Singh College of Medicine in India in 1991, and after receiving my medical degree, I completed a clinical clerkship in primary care in India. At the University of Florida, I completed my research fellowship in pulmonary medicine and later pursued a residency in pediatrics.

I have been a practicing pediatrician in Gainesville, Florida for more than 20 years. In July 2021, I joined the amazing team at UF Health Pediatrics at Millhopper.

I am a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Alachua County Medical Society. I am married and have two amazing children. In my free time, I love to travel and I’m also a very talented singer.
